Subscription, Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Scope
This policy applies to fees paid to StableDeliver for account plans, credits, storage, API usage, or other platform services. It does not govern payments made by buyers directly to sellers for digital products.
2. Plan pricing and payment
Plans are prepaid in supported cryptocurrency for the period and allowance shown at checkout. The crypto amount may be calculated from a fiat (USD) reference price and fixed for a limited quote period. Network fees are separate and paid by the sender.
Current plans are Free, Starter, Growth, Pro, and Platform tiers. The pricing page controls if it conflicts with marketing text, subject to any signed agreement.
3. Renewal and expiry
Subscriptions expire at the end of the prepaid period and must be renewed manually — there is no automatic renewal and StableDeliver cannot charge your wallet. We may send reminders but do not guarantee delivery.
When a plan expires, paid features may be disabled, branding may return, API limits may decrease, and creation of new orders may be restricted. Existing records remain available for a limited export period as stated on the pricing page.
4. Order allowances and overages
A fulfilled order is counted when StableDeliver marks configured fulfilment as released after payment verification. Test-mode orders, failed orders, and cancelled unpaid orders do not count against your allowance unless the pricing page expressly states otherwise.
Where prepaid overage credits are offered, the checkout states the credit price and usage rules before you pay. StableDeliver never silently charges or deducts funds from a seller wallet — it cannot; it does not control your wallet.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation does not reverse the current prepaid period. You retain access through the paid period unless the account is suspended for breach, legal risk, fraud, or security reasons.
6. Refunds of StableDeliver fees
Because subscriptions are prepaid digital services and blockchain payments are irreversible, fees are generally non-refundable after the plan is activated. We will consider a refund or service credit where: (a) the same StableDeliver charge was paid twice; (b) StableDeliver received a payment that could not be matched due to our verified error; (c) a paid feature was materially unavailable for a substantial part of the paid period; or (d) applicable law requires a refund.
Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of payment and include the account email, StableDeliver invoice or order ID, transaction hash, chain, token, amount, wallet address, and reason. Never provide a seed phrase or private key.
Approved crypto refunds will ordinarily be sent in the same asset and chain to the original sending address or another address verified through a risk-controlled process, less any non-refundable network fee where lawful. Refunds may be delayed or refused if they would violate law, sanctions, or security controls.
7. Buyer refunds
Buyer payments go directly to the seller. StableDeliver cannot debit the seller wallet or reverse the blockchain transaction. The seller decides and executes buyer refunds under the seller's published policy and applicable consumer law.
If a buyer reports non-delivery, StableDeliver may provide technical records and may restrict a seller for credible abuse, but StableDeliver does not become financially responsible for the seller's product or refund.
8. Taxes and invoices
Prices exclude taxes unless displayed otherwise. StableDeliver may collect information required for invoicing or tax compliance. Sellers and buyers remain responsible for taxes on their underlying transactions.
9. Pricing changes
We may change prices or allowances for future periods. Existing prepaid periods are not repriced retroactively. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where practicable.
