Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Respect for intellectual property
StableDeliver requires sellers to own or hold sufficient rights to every file, link, licence key, brand, description, image, and other material they distribute. Repeat or serious infringement may result in removal, suspension, or termination.
2. Copyright complaints
A rights owner or authorised representative may send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright notice", containing: (a) a physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including the StableDeliver URL; (d) contact information; (e) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorised to act.
3. Response to a notice
We may remove or disable access to material, notify the seller, request clarification, preserve evidence, or take no action where the notice is incomplete or legally insufficient. Removal does not determine ownership or liability.
4. Counter-notice
A seller may submit a counter-notice containing: (a) signature; (b) identification of removed material and its prior location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; (d) name, address, and telephone number; and (e) consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process requirements applicable to the relevant legal procedure.
Where the U.S. DMCA process applies, material may be restored after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant notifies us of a filed court action. Procedures outside the United States may differ.
5. Trademark, impersonation, and other rights
For trademark, passing-off, impersonation, privacy, publicity, or other rights complaints, provide the right asserted, registration or evidence if applicable, the exact URL, an explanation, contact information, and a good-faith accuracy statement.
6. Repeat infringers and abuse of process
We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create legal liability. Do not use this process to suppress lawful competition, criticism, or fair use.
