Terms of Service
Effective date: July 15, 2026 · Version 1.0
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of stabledeliver.com, operating from the United Arab Emirates ("StableDeliver", "we", "us", or "our"). The operating entity's registered details are available on request to parties with a legitimate need by contacting [email protected]. They govern your access to and use of stabledeliver.com, its dashboards, hosted checkout pages, WordPress plugins, APIs, webhooks, software, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, connecting a wallet, creating a checkout, using an API key, installing a plugin, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference: the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Subscription, Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. You may not use the Service if you are subject to applicable sanctions, located in a territory in which the Service is prohibited, or acting for a prohibited person.
Business users must use the Service only within the scope of their licences, registrations, approvals, and legal authority. StableDeliver does not determine whether your business, products, buyers, or crypto activity require a licence.
2. What StableDeliver provides
StableDeliver provides software that allows sellers to create cryptocurrency checkout experiences, direct buyers to transfer supported digital assets to a seller-controlled wallet, verify selected on-chain transaction information, and release configured digital fulfilment after the applicable confirmation conditions are met.
Supported fulfilment may include files, links, licence keys, or access instructions. Available assets, networks, confirmation rules, integrations, and features may change over time.
3. Non-custodial role and no control of funds
StableDeliver does not request, receive, store, or control your private keys or seed phrases. Buyer funds are transferred on the relevant blockchain directly to the wallet address configured by the seller. StableDeliver does not take possession or control of those funds and cannot reverse, freeze, recover, redirect, or refund an on-chain transfer.
StableDeliver is not a party to the sale between seller and buyer, is not an escrow agent, and does not guarantee the legality, quality, authenticity, safety, delivery suitability, or value of any seller product. The legal character and regulatory treatment of the Service depend on applicable law and are not determined by these Terms.
4. Accounts, wallet addresses, and security
You must provide accurate account information, maintain access to your email account, protect authentication links and API credentials, and keep your devices and wallets secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by StableDeliver's breach of its obligations.
You must verify every receiving wallet address and network before publishing a checkout. StableDeliver may display warnings and format checks, but you remain responsible for the destination address. We are not liable for losses caused by an incorrect, compromised, obsolete, unsupported, or maliciously substituted wallet address.
You must notify us promptly at [email protected] (subject line: "Security") if you suspect account compromise, unauthorised API use, or malicious changes to a checkout.
5. Seller status and seller-of-record obligations
The seller, not StableDeliver, is the seller of record and is solely responsible for the products offered, product descriptions, pricing, customer support, refunds, warranties, taxes, licences, consumer disclosures, export restrictions, and compliance obligations.
Each seller must provide buyers with clear and accurate information before payment, including the product or access being purchased, total price, supported asset and network, delivery method, technical requirements, refund terms, seller identity or contact method, and any material limitations.
Sellers must not describe StableDeliver as the seller, merchant of record, custodian, guarantor, insurer, auditor, or legal approver of their products.
6. Buyer relationship and delivery
A buyer's purchase agreement is directly with the seller. StableDeliver may display seller-supplied information and facilitate technical delivery, but it does not adopt or verify all seller statements.
Digital delivery may occur immediately after the configured blockchain confirmation threshold. Buyers should review the seller's refund and cancellation terms before payment because digital delivery can begin immediately and blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.
Delivery records, claim tokens, licence keys, and access links may be time-limited or restricted by the seller. A technical delivery confirmation does not prove that the product met the buyer's expectations or legal rights.
7. On-chain verification and blockchain risks
StableDeliver verifies selected public blockchain data, such as transaction identifier, network, token contract, destination address, amount, timestamp, and confirmation status. Verification is based on third-party networks, nodes, indexers, explorers, price sources, and infrastructure that may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, reorganised, compromised, or changed without notice.
A transaction displayed as pending or confirmed may later be affected by network reorganisation, token-contract action, chain failure, bridge failure, issuer freeze, or other events outside StableDeliver's control. StableDeliver does not guarantee finality beyond the observable state of the relevant network.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for network fees, token compatibility, wallet behaviour, tax effects, exchange-rate risk, stablecoin depegging, and loss caused by sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong chain.
8. Quotes, pricing, underpayment, and overpayment
Where a product is priced in a fiat reference currency, StableDeliver may generate a time-limited crypto quote using third-party price data. The checkout will state the asset, network, amount, and quote-expiry time. A quote is not investment, exchange, or financial advice.
Payments that are late, underpaid, overpaid, sent in the wrong asset, sent on the wrong network, or sent from an incompatible contract or exchange may not be automatically matched. The seller is responsible for deciding whether to accept, refund, or manually resolve such payment.
9. Subscriptions, fees, limits, and taxes
StableDeliver plans are prepaid for the stated subscription period. Current fees, fulfilled-order allowances, storage limits, API limits, and feature entitlements are shown on the pricing page or in the checkout used to purchase the plan.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You must renew before expiry to retain paid features. We may provide a grace period but are not required to do so.
We may reject creation of new payable orders, disable paid-only features, or require an upgrade when a plan allowance is exhausted. We will not intentionally accept buyer payment for an order that our system has already blocked solely because of the seller's plan limit.
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes, duties, reporting, and invoices arising from your use of the Service or sales to buyers.
10. Refunds and disputes
StableDeliver does not hold buyer funds and cannot issue buyer refunds. Sellers are solely responsible for buyer refunds and disputes. Sellers must maintain a clear refund policy and a method for buyers to contact them.
Refunds of StableDeliver subscription fees are governed by the Subscription, Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Blockchain network fees, seller revenue, and third-party charges are not refundable by StableDeliver.
We may provide technical records to assist a dispute, but we do not adjudicate the merits of buyer-seller disputes and are not required to mediate them.
11. Seller content and fulfilment materials
You retain ownership of content you upload or configure, including product descriptions, files, links, licence keys, branding, and access instructions ("Seller Content"). You grant StableDeliver a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, process, transmit, scan, reproduce, and display Seller Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law.
You represent that you own or have all rights required to use and distribute Seller Content and that it does not violate law, contract, intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or publicity rights.
We may use automated malware and abuse scanning. Such scanning is not a guarantee that Seller Content is safe or lawful.
12. Acceptable use and prohibited products
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Without limitation, the Service may not be used for unlawful products, fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, sanctions evasion, money laundering, unlicensed regulated activity, intellectual-property infringement, child exploitation, harmful extremist content, or deceptive investment schemes.
We may investigate, restrict, remove, preserve, or report content or accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce policy, protect users or the Service, comply with legal process, or address credible risk.
13. Compliance, sanctions, and lawful requests
You must comply with all applicable trade controls, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, anti-fraud, consumer, tax, digital-commerce, privacy, and virtual-asset laws. You must not use the Service to transact with a blocked or prohibited person or to evade geographic or financial restrictions.
StableDeliver may use screening, geolocation, wallet-risk indicators, or other controls where appropriate. We may decline or suspend service based on legal risk, provider restrictions, or credible abuse indicators, even if funds remain under the seller's control.
We may disclose information or preserve records when reasonably required by law, legal process, regulatory request, protection of rights, or investigation of fraud or security incidents.
14. Third-party services and integrations
The Service depends on blockchains, wallets, token issuers, RPC providers, indexers, storage, email, hosting, WordPress, Telegram, Discord, and other third-party services. Their terms, fees, availability, and security apply independently. StableDeliver is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
Plugins and integrations may require updates when third-party platforms change. You are responsible for installing security updates and maintaining compatible environments.
15. StableDeliver intellectual property
StableDeliver and its licensors own the Service, software, documentation, visual design, trademarks, and related intellectual property, excluding Seller Content and third-party materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your lawful business purposes.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, bypass limits, remove proprietary notices, scrape non-public data, interfere with security, or use the Service to build a substantially similar competing hosted service, except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by law or an open-source licence applies.
16. Feedback
If you voluntarily submit feedback or product suggestions, you grant StableDeliver a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential information or Seller Content.
17. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion subject to legal, security, billing, and backup retention requirements.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately where necessary for security, fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, prohibited use, legal process, material breach, risk to users or infrastructure, non-payment, or repeated policy violations. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy.
On termination, paid rights end and checkout or delivery functions may stop. You are responsible for exporting records and maintaining independent copies of Seller Content. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination remain effective.
18. Service changes and availability
We may add, remove, or modify features, networks, tokens, integrations, limits, or technical requirements. We will provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable.
The Service may experience maintenance, outages, delays, or network-specific disruption. No service-level commitment applies unless set out in a separate written agreement.
19. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". STABLEDELIVER DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.
STABLEDELIVER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY WALLET OR TOKEN, OR THAT ON-CHAIN VERIFICATION, PRICE DATA, DELIVERY, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR AVAILABLE.
NOTHING IN THE SERVICE IS LEGAL, TAX, ACCOUNTING, FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, SANCTIONS, OR REGULATORY ADVICE.
20. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STABLEDELIVER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OR THEFT OF DIGITAL ASSETS; FAILED OR IRREVERSIBLE TRANSACTIONS; SELLER CONTENT; BUYER-SALE DISPUTES; OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STABLEDELIVER'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO STABLEDELIVER IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) USD 100.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations.
21. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StableDeliver and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your products, Seller Content, buyer disputes, taxes, refunds, misuse of the Service, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent caused by StableDeliver's own breach, negligence, or wilful misconduct.
22. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the parties agree in writing to arbitration or mandatory law requires another forum.
Before filing a claim, each party will attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve the dispute by written notice to [email protected] (subject line: "Legal notice"). This informal process does not prevent urgent injunctive relief or compliance with a limitation period.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. We will post the revised version and effective date. We will provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires express consent.
24. General provisions
These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement regarding the Service unless a separate written agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation, financing, sale, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
